Unknown Mark

This is creamer which is part of a tea set. The motif seems to be a chrysanthemum flower. This came from my grandmother. She evidently brought the tea set with her when she immigrated from Whales. I would be very grateful if anyone could identify the maker.

The logo belong to famous japanese maker - Ikoma.
Unfortunately, I can't read the upper part.
