Swedish peacock brooch w/ mystery mark

Hello,

I have a brooch that has domestic Sweden hallmarks and sterling mark. There is also what I believe to be a makers mark but I've had no luck finding out who the artist might be. At the top of the birds head is what looks like "htp" or "htr" the letters run together. Mark in another location is also the same three letters but in a rectangle shaped cartouche. The brooch is a free form peacock. Almost an art nouveau styling.

I would love any help or information.
