Silver spoon, help to identify please

Hi guys

Recently have found an old spoon, appr 1900 year, but cant confirm the country and manufacturer.
There were thoughts about Spain, but was told that better to check Germany or Italy

If anyone can give me some more info about, it will be really helpful.
