could someone help me identify the origin of the figures

Hi,
Welcome to the forum.
There is a possibility it`s not silver. In one of the images (red arrows) the superficial layer is peeling off.
It could be silver-plated pewter. Cannot tell for sure, but it`s suspicious. Try to test it with acid on the exposed surface.
