European 800 Silver Cutlery ID help please.

Hi, I posted wrongly before I'm sorry.
I'm trying to identify the origin of a large 146 piece canteen of 800 Silver.
I thought it was German but the hallmark of a crown with an "e" below doesn't match.most of the pieces also have a different number on them as well.
The knifes are marked on their blades "Garantie Solingen" "Rostrei"
It is in a lovely quality wooden and glass canteen box. Is anyone able to identify which country this came from. Many thanks.

It is Romania mark (the crown) used after 1926.

Depending on the position of the notches in the cartouche (background) one can determine the period,either 1926-1937, or 1937-1949. Letter under the crown is assay office. Unfortunately, most of them have not been identified (e.g. letter A was for Bucharest).

Hi, thanks very much. Romanian, well that's exotic sounding! I'm wondering if the 33 is for 1933? And would "AG" be a makers mark? And perhaps the numbers, which are all different, is the production item number ie every piece they made, they allocated a number. It is a lovely canteen, the pattern and engravings are well executed.

Romanian silversmiths (``AG``) are not well documented. There are more data on silversmiths working in ex Austria-Hungary regions that were incorporated into Romania after WW I. Military orders and decorations in enamel made by Joseph Resch Fils, Bucharest are well known. Number ``33`` cannot be attributed to year 1933, either (as far as I know).Try to identify the position of three notches for more precise dating. As for struck numbers, all being different, they are factory inventory or serial numbers.

The two notches are on the right side (on the screen) in the same line with the C-mark below Stefan the Great's crown indicating standard 800/1000 fineness. However, the "800" mark is not a Romanian mark. I believe it is added later in an other country.
The Romanians had between 1926-1937 six assay offices A, C, N, O, P and L of which A was for Bucharest and L for Munteina. Unfortunately there are no information available that could tell what locations the other letters represented. If somebody knows it, I would be very happy to know them. Thank you in advance.
