Opinion before possible purchase

As the last 18th century beaker I purchased appears to be a fake, I am looking at a few more.... how does this one look for being authentic? The description is as follows:

MARKED UNDER THE BASE WITH SET OF RUSSIAN SILVER HALLMARKS FOR YAROSLAVL WITH TOWN MARK: STANDING BEAR WITH HALBERD.

ALSO MARKED WITH MAKER'S MARK "FT" IN CYRILLIC (for Fedor Tukalov, 1753-1788) AND ASSYER MARK "MC" (for Michael Serebrenikov, 1735-1766) - Postnokova-Loseva book.

DATE (production year over assayer's initials "MC") IS NOT CLEAR, BUT BASED ON ABOVE MENTIONED INFORMATION CUP WAS MADE BETWEEN 1753 - 1766.















Again I appreciate the assistance. I will find something to purchase that I like before all is said and done.......

This is what I have.
Assayer Mihail Serebrenikov 1735 -1766 (by elimination: the only assayer whose initials are ending with ``C``)
The master Fedot Tukalov 1753 – 1788
Problems:
1. Many heart decorated beakers have emerged lately (inconsistent decoration for the period).
2. Poor soldering; you can bet this could not have left any Russian workshop. Possibly repaired later because bottom was badly damaged and detached, but again, this is not genuine soldering.
Will search again for heart decorated beakers.

Looks like I will be searching long and hard for the real deal. I really want to find something during Elizabeth's reign, which adds even more effort to the search. But, patience is key, and everyone's help really makes this a lot easier. I truly appreciate the efforts.....

Why Yaroslav and rather good marks? No idea. Possibly transposed marks (poor soldering).
In short, not something with guaranteed authenticity and besides obviously damaged and poorly repaired.
An example of honestly attributed German beaker.

Becher mit Herzdekor,Deutsch, um 1900
Gestempelt mit Halbmond und Krone sowie Feingehalt "800".

"Hertzbecher" is a traditional German product. Many German workshops produced them in 19-20 centuries and produce now. For example Neresheimer from Hanau: http://neresheimer-silber.de/
I believe the beaker under discussion has German origin but it has the bottom from the old Russian beaker.

Hi. I posted the photos of the Russian tumbler and beaker with herat decorations. I had no doubts that they were original and they were 100% original. You will find that the beaker is original with decorations of the period. They are quite rare especially for Yaroslav. Regards, Liv.
