You item seems to French. The horses head looks to be a large discharge mark from Limoges 1780/91. The purity should be .958

Hi,
I think this ``horse head`` is NOT decharge mark by the assayer Clavel (Limoges).
Besides, other marks are missing to attribute it to France and let alone 18th century (overall appearance of the figure).

Hmmm. I don't think your statuette has been anywhere near Limoges. Neither the style of the object nor the marks indicate French 18th C. Sorry I can't help any more than this.
