Identification of a mark and 149PD

I have a silver 'box' that has a shell design and the marks are 925, 149PD and the silhouette of a man and his arm. I believe it is from an Italian silversmith. I believe the PD is Padova - but I've been unable to identify the silversmith's individual registry number of 149. Also, I've not been able to identify the silhouette of a man and his arm (?). Any help is appreciated!

The Italian registration number 149 PD is recorded as Argenterie Ferrara S.n.c. of Rubano (PD). Their trade mark is a head and Greek temple.
