I have a cake knife. In Hebrew text appear the names of some cities of Israel, like Tel-Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, in a map. In the handle there is a kind of mark, next to a 100 inside a circle, I researched on the internet but I did not find anything similar that makes me identify the brand and quality.

This is the wide part of the cake knife. Written in Hebrew are the names of cities of Israel. The black is dirt that is always associated with silver. Could it be fine silver?
