Anyone who recognize this maker's mark? Norwegian? Enamelled brooch.

Yes, Norwegian and either Ole Nicolai Olberg 1907-1934 or Birger Olberg 1932-1977 in Oslo. I would anticipate it is Birger.

Oh sorry, you said enameled. Then it is Ole Nicolai Olberg.
