Mystery marks on wine bottle cooler?

I have not been able to identify the marks on this late 19th century wine bottle cooler. There is an left-facing helmeted head in a lozenge with a number underneath and fleur de lys with a flat bottom. Does anyone have any ideas?

the helmet mark indicate french makers mark.
but I would go in direction Hanau - i would guess some maker therefrom.

It's actually 800 silver and not silver plated

To clarify: if French, the maker's mark in a lozenge-shaped reserve - used after 1798 - would have a name or initials with a symbol - no numbers, and no pictorial alone without a name or initials. This object is not French, although it might be trying to be (neo-Rococo style and the shape of the mark). Suggest a Hanau origin.

Yes that was what I wanted to say. Indicate french in the sence someone tried to give the idea french.

The fleur-de-lis mark is a puzzle, but the mark on the left appears to be the maker’s mark of Émile Delaire, manufacturing goldsmith and jeweler, 20 passage d’Angoulême, registered 20 Jul 1882 and cancelled 3 Jun 1920.

I would suggest searching the piece carefully for the “Minerva Head” mark. Very intriguing.
