H&CB Chester Silver Maker's Mark

Hi,

I bought this lovely MIZPAH brooch and it has the maker'smark H&CB. In my research I found lots of similar sweetheart brooches for sale (mostly gold!) all with the same maker's mark but none of the listings were able to identify the maker. I would really appreciate it if anyone knows the maker.

H&CB is Harry and Charles Banks trading as H & C Banks, manufacturing jewellers at 41 Northampton Street, Birmingham.
