Maker of this 1717 spoon?

Recently aquired this Britannia silver spoon which honestly surprised me when I saw the date was 1717, it's so modern looking with the downturned perfectly pronounced pip and the small heel it could easily date to Victorian times. The makers mark is misstruck but I wonder if anyone could have an idea who made modern-looking spoons of that period?
