William Wiggins Godfrey, of No. 46, Myddleton-square, Clerkenwell, in the county of Middlesex, Jeweller, having been adjudged bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in Her Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy, in London, on the 30th day of December, 1869, is hereby required to surrender himself to Philip Henry Pepys, Esq., a Registrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of creditors to be held before the said Registrar, on the 18th day of January instant, at twelve o'clock at noon precisely, at the said Court. Mr. George John Graham, of No. 25, Coleman-street, London, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. Robert W. Stacpoole, of Pinners hall, is the Solicitor acting in the bankruptcy.

Charles, Reynolds & Co. entered their mark, 'C.R&Co' incuse, with the London Assay Office on the 29th June 1891. The mark was entered by A.E. Staley, partner and manager.
The business was converted into a limited liability company by January 1893, with J.C. Lambs recorded as general manager and managing director.
A new mark, 'C.R&Co.Ld' incuse, was entered with the LAO on the 18th January 1893 and the earlier mark erased.
