Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

You need to embed your images as very few people will click on links or thumbnails.

I think it's Moroccan silver Plate
I can't read the arabic very well but the top two are probably the maker. The top mark says Muhammad. The second one down is probably the family name. The flower is perhaps the makers stamp and the bottom word I think says Fes, the city in Morocco where these sort of wares are still made, sold and used. Tea drinking etiquette there is quite sophisticated.

This is an old post but for the sake of completeness

MG was correct - top line is Mohammed.

Bottom llne is Fes

The middle line is Ibn Suleiman

So Mohammed Ibn Suleiman, Fes
