Portuguese Spoon

I am trying to find out more about this Portuguese 833 silver crested spoon. It has L. MARQUES written on it followed by an unknown mark and then the Porto 833 silver mark.
Any idea of who the maker could be of this spoon? What does the coat of arms represent?

Curiously, the maker has confused heraldic symbols.
Palm- bottom.
Globe- right.
Sun - left.

Maker's mark is perhaps Ferreira Marques & Irmão.

Thank you for the replies. Yes the mark looks like a pot with a pen in it.
Interesting that they have sifted the heraldic symbols.

I see the same order of symbols on the 1956 The City of Lourenco Marques Guide: Carlos Alberto Vieira Da Silva and elsewhere. It must have been acceptable to switch them around.
