Hi All,
I believe these marks are Dutch (they're the closest thing I've seen thus far) but am having trouble making them out properly, and knowing which year. They seem early to me, but not sure. There may be some overstamping of the import mark over the first part of the hallmark...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
To save people time, the Chester import mark is Samuel Boyce (Boaz) Landeck and the year 1903.
Thanks for the help!
Anybody able to identify these marks?

Sorry my bad - no sooner had I posted this than the thought that they could be Hanau came to my head, and sure enough, they are.
