im looking for info about a specific French 18th century hallmark.

Its the crowned P which is turned left. I cannot find anything about it.
Also, the makers mark is not yet identified. It reads R P with a bird in between, a chicken or parrot...
I only have my mobile Phone at hand, since my camera broke so sorry for the bad picture.
