We have some demitasse spoons that we're pretty sure are Russian. The maker's marks are on a curve, so I am including a couple of shots and wish everyone the best of luck.
The initials look like W I, possibly W X or W H. It is clearly an 84 and -- one for Kira, who realized that the middle stamp was a profile of a man with curly hair and [apparently] wearing a laurel wreath, with what looks like an L underneath this bust.
Any information you all might have will be greatly appreciated!
Sincerely,
Susan
