Is this an Irish silver ring, and can anyone say when and who made this? I'm a rookie in silver business, and I'd really appreciate your help with this piece!
Here's a few photos of the ring. Close-ups are kinda blurry, but it says "P. P. & T. Ltd" and "STERLING" (letter G looks more like C) on the inside.
