Strange Sterling or Silver Plated Objects

Hi all!

I recently came across these 2 identical objects. I have no idea what they are! I acid tested them and they identified as sterling silver but I think they are just plated. I didn't want to scratch them. The strangest thing is that if you shake them, they are filled with some type of liquid! Does anyone have any guesses as to what these could be? Each piece weighs roughly 2.2 ounces.

I saw something like that to keep the drinks cool.You put it in the freezer and when the liquid inside is frozen, then you put it in your cocktail.
