Hi wesleytyler -
before posting - clean first the marks than try to make decent, sharp photos!

Hi wesleytyler -
this could be a spoon made by Court supplier I. Khlebnikov, assayer A. Romanov in Moscow.
Maybe you know someone who clean your spoons and know how to take photos - than everything gets more serious.
Do you get your spoons from the melter?
Regards

There was one more ИХ.
Иван Хромов (Ivan Khromov) at Sorokova house Moscow.
From time to time he was selling his silver in Исаев (Isaev) shop.
Seldom attributed to him, Khlebnikov being more lucrative whenever ИХ is encountered.
(Cannot post his marks - from Ivanov).

Hi AG2012 -
I am a big fan of your immaculate recherches and always learn something new!
But "Ivanov" and his collection of initials, often without photos of the marks is in the true sense of the word "unbelivable" sometimes.
No word if Khromov worked in enamel at all, especially in champleveé.
Unfortunately the photoquality does not show the markmanship and the former quality of the mistreated spoon. Even the monogram is artfully executed.
I opt for Khlebnikov - it is his quality.
to compare:
