Portuguese Cufflinks

Purchased a pair of filigree cufflinks. Jeweler claimed they were Vintage Portuguese 18.2K something or other. They do have an 800 mark. Wondering if anyone can help me with the hallmark makers mark is on these. Ive been searching through images for quite a while. Including a few different photos of the marks including an overall photo to see if the art artistry rings any bells. Thanks in advance!
