Please help identify mid-18th century marks

Can someone identify these marks on a mid-18th century monstrance from a danish catholic church?

Marks:
1. ?
2. S A C (or G ?) H
3. citymark (?)
4. citymark (?)

I can't make out the first mark, but the others are:

S/ACH: Assay master's mark for 1768, Aachen, Gemany.

Eagle: City mark for Aachen, Germany

JC (monogram), crowned: Maker's mark of Johann Theodor Cremer (also Cremers), working in Aachen 1753-1793; died 1794. Several liturgical works by him are known in Germany & Belgium, including ciboria, crucifixes, chalices and reliquaries.
