Two items of two different qualities and different makers..pendant of .800 Silver by A(over)O encircled [Geschutzt means protected and refers to the maker mark here. It does not mean "Patented", but is used with another G word to read "Patent Protected" on yhose objects so marked.] The hanger is made of .925 Sterling Silver by another maker and coupled to the pendant...stock hanger supplies could be common for modern production or someone may have just switched pieces around for repairs, home customizing or whatever.

The mark of the responsible party may be a retailer...it does not exactly match the Arthur Otto (Lippstadt) mark on file but could be a possible candidate: http://www.925-1000.com/Fgerman_marks_a1884_7.html
Bahner has given information on the firm's history and activity in another thread...apparently they often deal with Italian sources.

Hello, not Otto, dont think A. Otto ever dealt in jewellery. A. Odenwald comes to mind as a maker, he did a lot of jewellery of this kind. He may be the one. Regards, Bahner
