Help Identifying Makers Mark

Hi, can anybody tell me if the hallmarks on this silver dish are French please? As well as the hallmarks on the bottom there is another mark which I think is the French Charençon import mark.

Your silver dish could be German in the Hanau style.

Thank you Peter, I did wander if it might be Hanau, but after spending hours searching the internet couldn't find any info
