British Sterling tray but them I am not sure

I have a SS British tray with markings. It has a Lion (I believe passant) so it is British but does not have a Sovereign mark so I assume the date is past 1890 (If I am not mistaken). I cannnot find any information on the other marks. If anyone could help I would be so grateful. (I am also not sure I have gotton the pictures downloaded correctly, sorry...still learning)

First Mark - BB
Second Mark - Lion in profile facing left
Third Mark - Z
Fourth Mark - An anchor in which the top is facing left
