8" Spoon with Two Marks

Hi. I recently found some silver pieces packed away and I was able to figure out all of them except this spoon. The spoon doesn't have any exceptional pattern or design to it, only these markings on the back near the top of the handle, and I don't recognize either of them. I don't even know what they are supposed to be in order to search for similar markings. Any help would be appreciated.
