it has a really intricate design ..anyone has any info on it/seen something similar ?

What you have is the bowl of a broken Russian spoon - silvercontent 84 Zolotniki (875/1000). Different sizes (teaspoon, tablespoon) available. Time: appr. 1880-1917, mostly made in Moscow - but other towns also possible. The part where the marks were sitting (stem) is missing. Different motifs possible.That´s all one can say.
