I can't seem to find these marks anywhere. Aging has not done this stamp any favors, Any help is appreciated.

That Silvercraft trademark was used by Farber Brothers, New York City.
Louis and Harry Farber started the company in 1915. In business into the 1960's.

EPNS stands for Electro Plated Nickel Silver, meaning it`s silver plated.
1853 is factory serial number, model, design etc.
