Hallmark

Hi, I have a hallmark I need some help identifying...it’s a double lion rampant in a crest, both facing maybe a fern leaf and a crown on the top. There is a fancy T to the left and a fancy S to the right. I would love to upload a pic if someone could tell me where to do that.

Can anyone identify these for me? I cannot find this hallmark anywhere.

Not a hallmark, but a maker's mark only, as the tray is silver-plated,
