Arabic or Persian hallmark? indentification

HI Guys,
i have a pendant, has two arabic or persian silver? hallmark on it. Please help me out whether it is silver mark and which origin belong to. Thank you

Based on the hallmark, I couldn't tell it's Arabic or Persian. But the motif on the pendant is Ctesiphon, so I think it was made in Iraq.
