Large Exeter spoon. Need confirmation that I got it right

Anyone care to help me see if I got this right? Exeter, William Welch Sr., 18th C, 1759. Just over 9" long. I may be way off but not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

Exeter 1807.Duty mark cannot be 1759.
