A pretty original sugar bowl, but false Russian hallmarks ;-\?!

Empire was also a little earlier than the hallmark suggest :)

Right, I`m sure they are faked on an original item. But where are original marks (over struck ?)

On closer inspection I would not bet on genuine Empire either.

This is another example of the crude craftsmanship and elements inconsistent with Empire (the handles in particular).
Whatever it is - not worth having, better forget it.

I return to the topic because today I saw once again this sugar-bowl and I noticed a mark of a fish I had not seen before.
unfortunately, I do not have a better quality of photos but after clicking on a photo you can see better
