Unknows Spanish maker.

Please help me identify this Spanish maker. From what it looks like to me it is three ducks with letters R.

I see 3 ducks. Above each duck is a different sign. I see an ‘A’ a ‘R’ and a ‘H’. The contour of the mark is unusual. Hope this helps.
