Hi,
Great job with the images.
It appears to be the mark of Dionisio Garcia, but I'm unsure of why it struck with a circular surround. Hopefully another member can tell us more.

He must be made before 1934.
(Spain - Pentagram - 1934 / present), and that explains this form. (I think :))
