Could anybody help me identify the maker of this lidded bowl. I believe it is Belgian - could anybody confirm this and tell me who the silversmith might be?

It is indeed from Belgium
It is from Brussels (Lion)

Compare both makers mark
There is a difference in the coat of arms.

But it is a striking similarity makers mark
