How to idenfity the hallmarks on this cigar box

It is a cigarette box in silver. It is clear that it is a Birmingham item. But the hallmarks beside 925 are very peculiar. So I have no idea of their meaning,. Thanks for any help

Imported to Dublin in 1927 (Dublin import mark beside .925 1906 to 1998). Date letter ‚‚m‚‚ for 1927.
