Sugar jar from Poland

I'm posting this because I tried to measure its specific gravity with strange results, until I realized the feet and handle are hollow and thus not testable using specific gravity. Anyway, the marking reminds me of the possibly Italian piece I posted, with both a letter and a number, except that this is a known mark from Poland. In this case I think the K is for Krakow and the 3 is for 800 silver, made between 1963 and 1986. Would anyone know the maker mark next to the purity mark?
