"O" Silversmith Identification

Does anyone recognize this trademark that is in the back of a pendant with raised initials. It looks like "O" to me.

Could it be an incomplete stamping of the HOB (House of Bangles) mark?

Good thought; thank you. If I came across another item with HOB in a circle like this one, I'd be even more convinced.
