His first mark was registered on 3 Nov 1904 as Ernest Pot. He formed an LLC - Ernest Pot & Cie- on 31 Jan 1908; his old mark was cancelled and a new one for the company– the one you show – was registered on 27 Apr 1908 at the same address. The mark was renewed on 26 Mar 1912, and cancelled on 2 Mar 1920.
