unfortunately a "Mumbay" fake from India. The coloured glass cabochons are typical, the enamelwork is a poor copy!
By the way: the handle underside should also be marked (red arrow)!
Compare with authentic kovsh from 6th Artel in Moscow:
@Goldstein
There are some kind of marks close to the body on the underside of the handle on picture number 3. Anyway, it doesn't change anything. The kovsh is still a dubious object.
@RedMask
Have you had the "stones" checked? Are they colored glass as assumed or what? Actually rather stupid if they are glass. Who puts glass on a genuine object. The answer is: A faker/cheater in order to get more profit from buyers not knowing what they are buying.
The old rule, repeated here many times, is valid again: If you don't know what you are buying ,don't buy! If one still byes, the result is obvious: The money is lost forever!
