Help with Makers Mark of Sterling Bell

Need help with this Mexican Makers Mark. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,
Silhouetted eagle mark was inconsistently used as Mexico City generic mark and by several Taxco makers (1955 until early seventies).
MV in script conjoined - eagle 1 has not been identified so far.
