Perhaps Malay silver incense holder or ???

Here is another piece from the lot of silver as teaset. This piece has floral leaves and the inner has pierced holes in shape of flowers. It stands on 4 small feet. I have no idea as to what it could be used for...perhaps incense. The base as seen in the teaset has a stamped motive and perhaps this will tell who dunnit ?
