French Silverplate Mark?

French Silverplate Mark?
I have a spoon that I believe is French silverplate but I cannot ID the maker. The back of the spoon is marked 90-12 and the front of the spoon bowl has a 12 in a square along with a makers mark. Any help in identifying is greatly appreciated!
