Spoon England 1954 marks
Re: Spoon England 1954 marks
Hi,
See Cooper Bros. here: https://www.925-1000.com/silverplate_C2.html
The marks on the left of your image are typical British Government contract marks, the item was probably supplied for armed forces use.
And yes, silver plated only.

Re: Spoon England 1954 marks
Hello, I can possibly give you some pointers for this spoon, but I will need to ask you a question first. Is there a "crowsfoot" or "broad arrow" mark between the "K" number and the 1954? There is not a lot of contrast with the spoon. worktop and the flash. I believe there is that arrow head mark so it is likely the spoon is a War Department (Army) spoon made in 1954. A nicer image would help a lot with the manufacturing company but it looks like some "Brothers".
