This is a double maker mark that does not appear to be in Grimwade or online. It is from a goblet created in London in 1829.

The maker's mark is indeed recorded by Grimwade, it's RA/WS - Richard William Atkins & William Nathaniel Somersall.

Grimwade No 2261 (page 164) marks registered 1824, 1825 and 1830 as plateworker.
