Help Identify 13 1/2 O. Johnsen [flower] Spoon

Please help identifying this 8 3/4" spoon (serving, soup?). It has the light feel of coin silver, and is marked "13 1/2" "O. JOHNSEN" and a flower symbol.

Hallmark flower is from Trondhiem.
