London 1814 is correct. The date letter punch is OK - the Assay Office seem to have used date letter punches both with and without the little point throughout the period. Your picture is too much out of focus to see the detail of the maker's mark but it looks more like TE or TF to me - if TF then Thomas Freeth would be a good candidate.

Unsure if this is helpful but this is the makers mark of Thomas Lamborn assayed however in Sheffield in 1792. A pair of green stained ivory handled fruit knife and fork.
