Hi,
``UL`` is unknown St Petersburg silversmith in my Pl (Number 1876) mentioned in 1834.
Search for more marks on the bowl.

The assayer MK was Mihail Karinsky PL 1165 and 1166.
In office 1825 - 1838.

Dmitry Tverskoy replaced Karpinski in February, 1837. ))
